Now let me give you some tips for your cocktail wedding party.
Try to find a classy and big location for your cocktail wedding party; at least it is bigger enough for the amount of your guest. So your guest doesn’t have to get confused or unpleasant to stand. If you have a small location it will make your guest get warm easily. Remember, you have a wedding cocktail party here.. However if you choose too large location, it will make your party look empty.
For the decoration, you don’t have to arrange too much decoration for this kind of wedding party. Minimalism is the best decoration for your cocktail wedding party. But you still can add some flower and some candle.
Usually if you want to have a cocktail wedding party, you should arrange it around 4.00 pm until 7.00 pm. At 4.00 pm your guest must not been hungry too much and the cocktail will be a wonderful appetite for your guest, because a cocktail party commonly holding for about 2-3hours. So when the time is come, your guest will be ready to have some full dinner.
Please remember to serve some food for accompanying your guest when the cocktail party is held. You can also have some food stand around your wedding party instead. So your guest can grab it by themselves without have to wait for the waiter to serve them.
Don’t forget to inform your guest that you have a cocktail party in your wedding reception, so they can prepare for that.
