It’s kind of tricky when you choose your master of ceremony for your wedding. A good master of ceremony in birthday or event is not always good at weeding party, although not all of them are.

I’ve been arranging a wedding of a couple a few months ago and that couple already have their own chosen master of ceremony for their wedding. I have told them that their chosen master of ceremony will become like choose a cat inside from sack. They even never see them mastering any wedding party. That couple just know that master of ceremony is ever mastering a birthday party and that master of ceremony is their friend.
So I was agreeing to them. Client is a king though. And it’s happened; their master of ceremony was bringing the wedding party like reading a speech. It was a disaster for me. But thank Goodness my client doesn’t even bother it. The most important for them is the wedding party running well and they are happy is enough.
In my advice when you choose your friend or someone you know to be your master of ceremony, you have to considered, is he/she capable to be a wedding party master of ceremony. A master of ceremony is the second attention in your wedding party after the bride and the groom. When you choose the wrong person, it won’t be impossible that your wedding party will become a disaster.
It is not easy for mastering a wedding party, because the range of the guest is unpredictable, there are twentieth until fiftieth or maybe sixtieth. It will be need some special skill to manage all of them.
Remember, a wedding party will become your once in a lifetime event. Although you can arrange a party again in your wedding anniversary, it won’t be the same though.
