Judaism does not forbid alcoholic beverages. Men and women are separated at weddings and other events. Men and women do not dance together unless married and in private. I am an orthodox Jew.

Thank you for asking. Judaism does not forbid alcoholic beverages.

Orthodox Jews believe in being very modest, so much so that men don’t watch women dance. We believe that it could lead to immoral behaviour. At my wedding it was the same thing. No dancing together in public. As odd as it may sound to people who aren’t familiar with it, we still have a wonderful time at all our simchas (parties) that include dancing. I think you can see in the video how much fun they all had. Having been to Jewish and non-Jewish weddings, there is nothing like a Jewish wedding!

I’m a religious muslim (Arab) and I’m amazed of this very ENERGETIC happy weather, but I wonder if judaism forbids wine or any alkoholics?!!

Mazal Tov!

I wanted to know the name of this music video and their singers and composers if possible.
I love our ancient tradition. Happiness.

Shalom.
